Factors affecting the working efficiency of fixed lifting platforms
When the hydraulic oil of the fixed lifting platform flows through various hydraulic valves, there is inevitably pressure loss and flow loss. This part of the energy loss accounts for a large proportion of the total energy loss. Today, the North China Lift Platform tells you about the four factors that affect the efficiency of a fixed lift platform.
1. Reasonably choose the hydraulic device. Adjusting the pressure of the pressure valve on the lifting platform is also an important aspect of reducing power loss. The flow valve is selected according to the flow regulation range in the system and ensures that its minimum stable flow can meet the requirements of use. The pressure of the pressure valve should be as low as possible when the hydraulic equipment is working normally.
2. Reasonably choose hydraulic oil. When the hydraulic oil flows in the pipeline, it will exhibit viscosity, and when the viscosity is too high, it will generate a large internal friction force, causing the oil to heat up and increasing the resistance when the oil flows. When the viscosity is too low, it is easy to cause leakage, which will reduce the system volumetric efficiency. Therefore, oils with suitable viscosity and good viscosity-temperature characteristics are generally selected.
3. When the oil flows in the pipeline, there are pressure loss and partial pressure loss along the path. Therefore, when designing the pipeline, the pipeline should be shortened as much as possible, and the bend is reduced.
4. Ensure that the voltage in the working environment is stable. Unstable voltage will burn out all kinds of electrical components inside the operation box. The lifting equipment can't receive control. Secondly, frequent voltage instability will directly burn the motor in the power unit. The consequences of burning the motor are very serious. This will cause the pressure to drop instantaneously. If the lifting device does not have safety equipment such as a relief valve or an explosion-proof valve, it will cause the lifting device to fall, resulting in an accident.
